Production Manager

Job Description:

planning and organizing production schedules.

Job Requirements:

graduated from faculty of (pharmacy/ science/ medicine/agriculture) with a minimum grade Good.

has at least ten years of experience in the production of herbs & spices, agriculture crops, and juices as well as plants drying, food dehydration, food processing.

experience in botanical extracts and essential oils is preferable.

Experience in food safety and HACCP is preferable.

has a good command of English.

has good computer skills.

R&D Manager

Job Descriptions:

Accountable for execution of all technical elements (e.g. formulation, processing, specifications, and safety) for new product development, innovation/renovations, while ensuring full legal, regulatory and safety compliance – internal and external requirements.

Collect all literature related to products of concern.

Reporting any other event or observation concerning equipment, utility, method, product or procedure and any other relevant item in the R&D department.

Experience in regulatory affairs and local products’ registration is a must.

Brings the necessary skills and expertise to develop relevant product formulation and liaising with the commercial department in meeting with customers for product development brief.

Technical input and insights into innovation projects

Provide technical support of advertising claims of developed products based on excellent technical, legal and competitor understanding.

Appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.

Research and evaluate current and new technology and systems; determine how system capabilities will align with future business needs and provide recommendations that will best meet the company’s needs.

To be aware about the company’s customers’ needs and to develop/innovate products to meet the customers’ needs.

Packaging innovation/development.

Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations and GMP requirements

QC Manager

Job Description:

ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

determining quality control standards

monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations and HACCP requirements.

responsible for HACCP application.

supervising the work of inferiors

organizing the repair and regular maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Testing incoming materials, in-process production, and end products.

Report inspection and test data

Measure product dimensions, examine functionality

liaise with the inventory, production, and R&D departments.

Prepare samples for stability, export & bio-equivalence studies.

mark, tag, or note problems and report them.

 

 

Job Requirements:

graduated from faculty of (pharmacy/ science/ medicine/agriculture) with a minimum grade Good.

has at least seven years of experience in quality control and/or laboratories.

experience in chromatography is preferable.

has a good command of English.
